Week 0
The Fit Call
20 minutes, no pitch deck. We talk through your ICP, deal size, and what's already been tried. If outbound makes sense for you, we move forward.
Weeks 1 to 2
Build
I audit what you've already built: current sequences, positioning, LinkedIn presence, any prior outbound data. Then we lock ICP, score the target list, and write new sequences across email, LinkedIn, and cold call.
Weeks 3 to 6
Execution
Outreach live across channels. Replies coming in, early meetings likely. Too soon for volume conclusions. This is the signal phase, where we learn what's landing.

Proof Point
